New Handmade Dolls Coming !

I have been designing some new tiny clothespin dolls that I will be selling in the shop. Shown here are...
the tutu girl (left), cotton candy girl, and the "she sells seashells" girl.

Then below is a vintage Elizabeth I clothespin doll (in progress).

Should I also offer the how-to instructions for crafters to make their own?

More fun stuff...

Next I made some cute dolls from tiny perfume bottles. The how tos are in ArtDoll Quarterly magazine, Feb. 2012. The designer is Julia Watada and she sells them made up at http://http//www.etsy.com/shop/watadastudios
Here are mine...

My vintage paper shoe

I finally got some free time to make a paper shoe using the instructions by Terri Gordon.  http://artfulaffirmations.blogspot.com/2010/01/elegant-shoe-tutorial.html . I challenged myself to only use items that were kicking around my craft table at that moment. I found some vintage book pages, some birds on wire, and rubber stamps and punches. I made a tiny envelope, stamped it and tucked it inside of the shoe with some paper grass. One bird on a wire is passing a tiny heart to the other bird on wire. The front shoe decoration is made using an edge punch and heart punch from Martha Stewart. The heel is made from a coil of vintage book page. A paper butterfly has landed at the heel.
